How it works
Pilot: WASD / arrows. You see only your light. Reach the green exit in 60 seconds. Spikes cycle: amber means they're about to rise. Hold no movement key for 10 seconds and you get a warning; at 15 the pit moves on without you (not in a streamer room, where waiting on chat is the game).
Everyone else: you see everything, including the path. Each of you speaks under a color. About one in five of you is a saboteur, and saboteurs share a few colors. Guide the pilot, or lead them into the spikes.
Ejection: the pilot can click one color on the board to silence it. If it was a saboteur color, they caught a spy. Roles are revealed after every run.
Streaming? Create a room with your channel name and your chat calls the directions, each chatter under a color, while you pilot in the dark in this window. Add the room's stage link, shown on the room card, as an OBS browser source so your stream shows the whole maze and the board. A verified room locks the seat to you.
On a phone: the pilot steers with a joystick on the left half of the maze; everyone else taps the callout buttons on the board.
Practice callers: alone in here? The red card summons three practice callers for your runs: two read the real path, one lies on a saboteur color, and the reveal names it like any other. The board says PRACTICE CALLERS while they are in. Dismiss them from the same card; they also leave by themselves once two people are watching. They never count as watchers.
